Fabulous location, close to all restaurants and bars plus near bus station good parking. Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean bed linen.Well equipped kitchen and a very handy downstairs toilet. Enclosed dog friendly back yard.

Our dog found a chocolate bar under the sofa. Food bits in the kitchen sink. Lots of dust on all window blinds. Dangerous tear in the carpet of the front bedroom door(trip hazard) Dead flies on bathroom window ledge. Hairs in bath. Food dried on cutlery. Rubbish in under stairs storage and peeling paper. Old shower flannel in downstairs bathroom. Dirty toilet brushes. Cigarettes stubbed out in back yard wall. Food dried into tv control in lounge.

The towels were stained, the oven was not clean, and there was a leak from the roof.

"A very comfortable stay in a well equipped and beautiful house."

The location was perfect, the beds were comfy and the house was nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. Parking was on the street but we had no problems at all finding spaces for two cars very close to the house (1-2 mins walk)

It may have been useful to know that the stairs were very steep, my husband is recovering from knee replacement surgery so he did struggle a bit with the stairs. The only improvement I can think of would be some outdoor chairs.

The owner of the property was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The property is very homely & clean. Even the next door neighbour was friendly & welcoming.
