Modern, clean & tidy, great location and the host was communicative and gave clear & easy to follow check in & out instructions.

The allocated onsite parking spots were 3 inches deep in water. The shower head isn't correctly installed and when turned on sprayed water towards the ceiling and over the top of the shower unit.

I love the location, close to amenities I appreciate the simple uncomplicated modern layout of the apartment, its warm, practical and comfortable

There were only 2 dishwasher tablets and we were booked for 6 nights.. we arrived on the day before Easter Sunday so that was a bit of a bummer because the supermarket was closed when I realised I’d need to buy some. The shower head can’t handle the water pressure and has a tendency to try lift out of its placeholder. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak. I also found it was draining very slowly. The elevator was out of order and on checkout made things more trying than usual as I had to navigate 4 levels numerous times

The view and the little things like the heater, washing machine, coffee etc. All made it so convient and more enjoyable.

I think this house was perfect for anyone who is traveling for work or holiday, clean, space and good value

Nice new apartment. Easy check in. Responsive host.

The TV didn't allow streaming. There could have been a few more kitchen utensils. The bathroom and some of the rooms are starting to show wear even though the place is relatively new.

View and proximity to nearby restaurants and cafes. I love walks and there was a track to Sugar Factory that went through a bit of natural beauty

The location is superb; a great choice of restaurants nearby and easy access to the motorway for either the beaches of the North Shore or back over the bridge to the city side.

There was a strong smell of someone smoking from the apartment above and the security light directly outside the bedroom on the walkway side, lit up the room constantly throughout the night. This window needs a blockout blind.

Just cleanliness.

The manager didn’t send the instruction to the property till the last hour before entering the property. They also asked to clean all the dishes and make sure the house is pretty clean before moving out or about the towels and all the extra charges will be imposed if the house is not left clean which is odd. Normally a cleaner would come and clean the house afterward. Also there was a lot of rules and things before entering the house like sending id card 2 days before and receiving instruction of entrance on the day of getting there and receiving instruction of getting into the house 1 hr before. If they don’t like to rent the place same as everyone else, just simply don’t rent it out. It was my first ever experiencing these things in my entire life travelling around the world. Not happy with it and will not recommend this place to anyone. Just simply get another place.

Brilliant location, car parking and all amenities close by. Great view to Auckland CBD and everything you want for a stay thought of by the apartment owners. The toaster didn’t work and with one email a replacement promptly delivered. Great WiFi. Could reliably work remotely.

Apartment slept 4 but crockery for 2-3 guests only. Signage around the walls of the apartment would possibly be better in a ‘Welcome’ folder for guests.
