"Wouldn’t stay in summer"

Apartment was clean and tidy. Good view of city at night from complex. We had a park view room that was quiet. Basics like coffee tea were provided.

No aircon-fans are very basic and don’t do anything, in a modern apartment would have thought aircon a must. When we tuned up apartment was closed up would have been good to have arrived with ranch and windows open and fans on so as not feel like a sauna on arrival. We actually went and purchased our own cooling fan. Would be ok to stay here in winter but definitely not great for summer. Check in details emailed were easily understood but could be better access options -we had a car so a pain to have 3 difference access things (remote, card and key). Also car parks were taken so had to contact managers to obtain another park. More towels would have been good also bed in master is a double (not a queen) so shorter in length and small so not great for 2 adults. Single beds were ok for kids. We were a family of 4 with teenagers. Iron didn’t work.

Clean and close to lots of restaurants. Amazing views

Could do with ceiling fans. Portable fans don't work that great. Also a folder with suggestions on good eating areas, the hotel next door gave great recommendations.

"Pleasant"

Great location, great views, lovely and clean.

No air con, very hard to sleep. Not enough kitchen utensils, no tongs, sieve etc. Not enough tea towels or flannels.

"Great apartment in a good location, would stay again"

"Disappointing"

Was very expensive and the master had two singles, the second bedroom did not have ensuite, it was a separate bathroom. Basic linen & towels (from Woolworths) limited glassware . Franz is much better value for money and quality for an apartment stay
