Relaxing costal retreat sleeps four people

No heating in the property it was very cold. No Point of contact. Very dirty, clumps of black hair everywhere. Pull out sofa bed sheet was not clean and had bits of dirt on it, the mattress on the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable I couldn’t let the children sleep on it due to the springs sticking out. People in the flat above were noisy running around. Such a shame. Agreed to be refunded to the other night as we had no choice to check out and wasn’t refunded the amount agreed back. Charged for an extra night of cleaning when we didn’t stay. The apartment was in a complete filthy state when we checked in and we left it cleaner when we left. Disgraceful this property should not be on booking.com for health and safety reasons

It was not fully clean - the utensils and oven were not clean There were lots of human hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. Lots of dust and corners were dirty

Photos are very out dated of property. Cleanliness was non existence. Mattresses had stains/hairs .cobwebs everywhere ,pubic hair in toilet,cutlery and glasses had mould on them ,property damp ,2 towels were provided even though stated 3 adults were staying ,Gate broken at front entrance, rubbish still there from previous guests outside ,Drain backing up from kitchen to bathroom ,shower head broken .no toilet brush .emailed Host response was your feedback is appreciated! Emailed photos no response. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It only allows you to upload 4 photos which is unfortunate as there are more

Local to sea front

The shower was far too strong and made the whole bathroom wet tried to turn pressure down just went boiling hot or frozen so had to dry the bathroom floor and walls after can not clean bath as it takes forever to drain . The bathroom stank of urine that had soaked in to the wood I sprayed and sprayed but could not get rid of the smell . The sofa bed is so bad the mattress is just springs with thin cloth over , was unable to sleep in that bed. There were crisps in the sofa bed and packets ,sweets under sofas . Not enough cups and plates for 4 people . We actually left and came home on the Saturday morning as we had had hardly any sleep in this property and could not use the shower . I think the pictures on the site need updating as they were obviously taken when first done .

The property was comfortable and in a good location.

The property was in need of a good clean the fan in the bathroom needed a good clean and was not working. Unable to watch the tv due to the cable not reaching the socket!! Contacted the property owner and no reply or response very disappointing. When you emptied the kitchen sink the water came up through the bath.

Everything there mold in every room the how water was cold couldn’t sleep very well people banging up stairs couldn’t sleep feel ill

very spacious flat, very convenient,special touches with tea,and coffee, come and go as one pleases,clean, highly recommend this place to stay.
