The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We loved the welcome pack for our arrival. The location is excellent for walking in and out of Kirkwall and for driving around the islands.

"Warm, comfy and very homie!"

Easy arrival instructions, good communication with host, full kitchen (even an air fryer), warm and comfy. Close to town centre and attractions. Free onsite parking.

Everything was good, no complaints, though worth mentioning that the stairs might be difficult if you have any mobility issues.

So comfortable and clean .everything you could possibly want for your stay .Well positioned for all shops etc in Kirkwall and an excellent base for exploring Orkney .

The central location was excellent. The flat was very well furnished and equipped with everything we required. It was comfortable and cosy. We were there at the time of storm Dave with transport disruptions and the host was most helpful about our check out time and if necessary we could have stayed an extra night.

There is nothing to say that is negative. Perhaps the steep narrow stair to the upper bedroom would not suit everyone but we loved it.
