Royal William Yard Studio FREE PARKING & WiFi

Excellent location. Lovely outlook. Simple room and good bathroom. The main room is well proportioned but suffers from too much in the room, too many chairs taking up space. Too much old technology that is difficult or impossible to use.

Apartment door handle and lock are awful. They do not work properly and require to be set in a very complex way to deal with the broken levers and mechanism. I’m an architect and very used to door lock mechanisms and handles. This needs immediate action to make the apartment functional for guests rather than a burden.

Location was great, room was perfectly sized

Although I didn't watch it the TV was smaller than. my Laptop.....just an observation

Loved the location and was a very nice and comfortable stay. Had everything I needed and had a very good night's sleep. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

The place was utterly let down for the many spent on it I spent half the price and stayed in better the place was filthy had no red fire regulations no no hiding to the place thoroughly disgusting but I will be seeking a refund on the place

Fabulous location and well-appointed. Close to Cremyll ferry, and lots of good places to eat and drink. Nice variety of local shops. Good communication from landlord. Free parking. Excellent local pub, just outside the shipyard.

All good. Hot water failed on one day, but this was not due to the apartment (whole block issue) & landlord sorted it swiftly.
