the location was excellent and hosts Lea and Luca were amazing -- so helpful and full of information and suggestions. They were excellent communicators and always answered questions promptly. Plus they were very flexible with our check-in. Plus the showers were excellent!

Muy amplio con tres dormitorios y 3 baños, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Lea fue fantástica explicandonos todo. Muy buena situación, encontramos aparcamiento fácil.

En días de humedad los splits de aire caliente son insuficientes, pero los dejamos por la tarde funcionando y solucionado. Con los splits funcionando al encender el secador se cortaba la luz.

La comunicación perfecta y rápida con la persona q gestiona el alojamiento, la facilidad de check-in. La zona és cómoda para encontrar parking sin ser zona azul, la isla de Ortigia a 10' andando. Me parece perfecto, grande, tres habitaciones, tres baños. Tienes de todo, nos hizo sentir nuestra casa por tres días. Las vistas despejadas desde las habitaciones, salvo una, también bien aislada de ruido en ventanas exteriores y para nosotros también fué bonito alojarnos en un edificio antiguo con su historia.

La verdad es q nada, solo decir q hay q andar para llegar a la Isla, sobre 10', Para nosotros era una ventaja por el coche y también porque ir a NEAPOLIS es muy fácil andando.

Our host, Lea, was very accommodating about meetings us despite the fact that we were not certain exactly when we would arrive until nearly the last minute. She showed us around the apartment, and even helped us find a suitable free parking space for our large van. All three beds and bedrooms were comfortable and of a good size. Two had bathrooms within them, and the third was in an adjacent hallway. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and we did use it. Despite the fact that two of us are in our late seventies, and one of our sons uses a wheelchair, we found it pleasant to walk all the way back from the far end of Ortigia to our apartment, stopping for lunch, etc, along the way. And we enjoyed relaxing together in the well-lit dinning room/living room. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Access to the building and elevator was a little challenging for someone in a wheelchair, but with help was not too cumbersome.
