Very friendly, Lea was very helpful and pleasant, even coming out to find us. Location was excellent very near bus station and supermarkets and fantastic little bread shop over the road

Only problem was light In the living room was very dull,

Lovely big space, perfect for families or larger groups with three generous bedrooms and three bathrooms. Small kitchen with all the basics you need to prepare a simple meal. We really appreciated the washing machine! Air conditioning in the rooms was also a welcome sight as it was quite warm during our visit. Excellent location for walking to Ortiga, we walked over and back multiple time with our children without issue. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting to explore the region.

The pillows were not comfortable, very lumpy, which seems to be a common theme in Italy. Not a huge issue but made it challenging to get a good nights sleep.

What I liked the most was the 3 bathrooms and toilets. This allowed us to get ready in time every morning, provided we were 5 people, Also the location was perfect for free parking and at the same time was near downtown, Ortigia. Double beds are spacious and matress very very comfortable. The beach umbrella It's a thoughtful courtesy of the owner, Lea, and an essential item if you plan to go natural beaches (like te ones in Vendicari) or don't want to pay for one. Thank very much!

The apartment is huge with 3 bathrooms and comfortable beds. It has all the necessary things that you need and many more. It is clean and there is hot water in the shower. The air conditioning works very well.

It is located next to a busy street so finding a parking place especially at the weekend could be a problem.

First rate location - short walking distance to bus and railways stations and also to the archaeological park and the historic centre. Hosts were very good - almost immediate response to WhatsApp messages, and response s were first rate.

Builders' scaffolding around the building - limited the light levels - but as we left the scaffolding was being taken down as the work had finished. The property was throughly clean (and well provided for self catering) but some of the furniture was a little tired, but fully serviceable, Similarly the bathrooms which were well cleaned before we arrived but some of the fittings could do with replacing. Overall excellent value for money and suited us very well for a short city break.

Location. Ortigia, archaeological sites and supermarket close by without needing the car. Spacious, clean apartment. Well equipped. Hosts lovely.

Kitchen is small but adequate as we used it for breakfast and snacks.

Everything was perfect. This was one of the best apartments I had overnight in Italy over all the years I visited them. All 3 bedrooms with all private bathrooms, really nicely designed, clean and spacious. Everything the apartment is equipped with real care to make your life easier and your stay extraordinary, from coffee machine, washing machine to beach umbrella available. The apartment is on the first floor, but there is also a lift, so no need to carry luggage. This place is literally 10 mins walk to Ortigia and 20 mins to the archeological park. The host Lia who was waiting for us to show us the equipment of the apartment was super friendly and helpful. There was also free parking space downstairs, although this is not reserved/belonging to the apartment, however for us no issue with parking.
