Very nice location, so close to Ortigia, the apartment very spaciuous (we were 5 people), clean, all the facilites we needed. Hope will return again.

The host was very welcoming and introduced us to many interesting places in the surrounding area. The location is great, with many delicious restaurants nearby. The island is within a 10-minute walk, allowing us to go later and avoid the tourist crowds. Parking is also convenient nearby, with free spaces available. The building has an elevator, making it very convenient to transport luggage.

Large size was great. 3 bathrooms were very convenient. Very supportive managers and location was very convenient.

Parking at times was difficult nearby on the street.

This spacious apartment was conveniently located in Syracusa with Ortigia in easy walking distance. There was alot of on-street (free) parking and we were easily able to park close to the apartment every day. Lea was an exceptional host. Extremely welcoming and quickly answered any queries we had (via Whats Ap). The complementary tea/coffee was an unexpected nice touch. The powerful, hot shower off the master bedroom was invigorating!

We had a very nice welcome by Luca on arrival and it was great that we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Ortigia. It's a big, bright apartment with three bathrooms and very comfortably accommodates 6 people. The Wifi was perfect and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils to prepare breakfast or any meal that you like. The beds are very comfortable and clean and the showers good and hot.

As mentioned, it's a big, bright apartment, but in all honesty, both the entrance and the apartment itself need some maintenance and upkeep. The entrance to the building is shabby and dark. The apartment is clean and well equipped but all the furniture and decor are very basic. It could truly be an amazing apartment with a bit of attention and some upgrades.
