"Piso grande y muy céntrico."

Está muy céntrico, es muy amplio , tiene de todo , y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable.

La decoración un poco antigua y recargada. No hay ascensor. Algunas partes del piso están por reformar.

The location was great, close to all the interesting places. We liked the accommodation, it was nice and clean.

The couches in the dining room were very uncomfortable; it was impossible to sit on one of them.

"Comfortable stay but some improvement needed"

The beds are very comfortable. The location is great, with bus stops, small shops, and the city center nearby. The staff was available most of the time. It was very convenient to have a small laundry room and a drying rack, and they also provided towels. We were welcomed with chilled water in the fridge. There was even a small balcony where we could step out.

It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on in advance, as there is none in the bunk bed room. On the first night we arrived late, and the whole apartment was very hot. Late check-in comes with an extra fee, even though it wasn’t our fault that our flight was rescheduled. The bathrooms are in need of renovation – they had a musty smell and the tiles were discolored.
