My Loft 4 You Gran Via

Location excellent for restaurants and central sightseeing. Lovely bright apartment with tasteful decor sympathetic to the building.

Could have done with extra pillows, missing bread knife and cooking knives. Bathrooms could be updated.

It was central and conveniently located near various metro stops. Staff very friendly, responsive and obliging. Had heating and cooling and combo washer dryer very convenient to wash towels during longer stays like ours. Two toilets great.

Very dusty, cleaning left a lot to be desired, the old charm is bathed in dust and dust bunnies, couches smelt of old and dust, cover was stained and smelt so i washed it. Could also be due to location and fact some doors don't fully close sealed. Beds uncomfortable and pillows limited. For longer stays there's no extra cleaning or change of towels although credit to the staff they offered as goodwill gesture to clean and change towels since it wasn't as clean as we hoped. Shower was fixed while we were there but again we relied on a 50lt hot water tank for 5 people and had to leave time between showers so we were on roster just to shower. They were also quite slippery bases so hazard all round. 4 flights of stairs without escalators as it's a second floor apartment. We were very grateful to be greeted by friendly team that helped us up with suit cases at the welcome. Only one room could fit suitcases so you find yourself having suitcases a bit dodgy podgy everywhere.

Good contact from host. Good position in town. Very clean property. Light and airy.

Needs a photo of the twin room as summery confusing- 3 bedrooms ( 1x double bed, 1x twin room and a room with bunk beds (suitable for 1 adult or children) this is a comment for the host as all rooms worked fine and were perfect.

Lovely apartment, very close to old town and shopping areas. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby. Good wifi , beds very comfortable , excellent kitchen

Nothing to complain about

Perfect ift you like to be taken 100 years back but still have all facilities of modern times. Beautiful ceilings - even in the bathrooms. Nice bakcons to sit and follow citylife🙂

Please get the drains fixed in the showers.

The position

Excellent location. The apartment is specious and cover all our needs.

It's a little bit noisy as the apartment is on a crossroad of main streets.

location is excellent and staff were super attentive

no lift to the room, no parking which makes it hard to get too with luggage and parking down the road is expensive.
