Location was fantastic, right in the centre of the action

Apartment was a bit dated, a bit of a smell from the drains permeated into the apartment. Not terrible, but noticeable.

"First three days were great, last two days were challenging. Great location close to train stations."

Location was very good. Housekeeping did not arrive until 3:30pm. We went out to explore, when we returned the unit was in great condition.

There was no electricity for most of one day. Without electricity there was no Wi-Fi and internet. For the last two days of my stay there was no hot water. The unit manager-owner tried to install a new hot water heater so I would have hot water on my last day but was unsuccessful. My travel partner wanted to be sure she had electricity and hot water and scrambled to book a hotel for the last two days of her stay in Valencia. These were very unusual circumstances for this particular stay. I have read many satisfying reviews for this property which is why I selected it on Booking. The gentleman that gave us the keys was very nice and explained the housekeeping situation. I appreciated his honesty.

Fantastic location, great communication with staff, easy check in and check out, very spacious property, 2 bathrooms was great, and felt safe. Would highly recommend!

One of the showers had a shower curtain, would have preferred a screen but that's just my personal preference!
