Excellent location for easy access to all we wanted to see in Valencia. Good air con in main living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The dishwasher wouldn't work and the company were very efficient in sending someone to look and fix it, they were very helpful.

The bunk bedded room is totally internal with no external windows, and no air con. The bunks are small, and apparently only for children/teens, but this wasn't clear until we received the pre travel information. The twin room has beds with fixed boards at the head and foot, and they just weren't long enough for our sons who are both over six foot two inches tall! One bathroom is excellent. but one is incredibly hot and has an 'ozone' freshener plugged in, so it has a very odd smell all the time. We wouldn't book the flat again as it didn't match our needs particularly well, but for a family with 2 smaller children it would be much better.
