Heritage City - The Auld Pottery

Very interesting accomodation, overally small building but well-designed interior space. Kitchen well equipped, wifi fully functional, nice roofed terrace.

The spiral staircase was nice but a bit difficult to use. The place is located next to a quite busy road so it could be quite noisy sometimes.

Property was warm. Bed comfortable. Rooms were compact adequately equipped and light. The shower worked once we entered the correct time on the thermostat.

Property wasn't very clean. Spiral staircase difficult to manage. Noise from traffic outside was very loud and constant. The TV was apps stations only. No radio. Noisy heating system. Front door awkwardly narrow. No views from any of the windows.

Me gustó la ubicación, aunque se tardan 20-25 al centro, pero la zona es buena, con restaurantes etc y se hace ameno ir al centro porque vas por calles principales y con negocios. Me gustó también que era una casita independiente y el tamaño de la cama. También he de decir que tenía un montón de utensilios, jabones etc que pudieras necesitar. Muy calentito, el tema calefacción bastante bien.

Relación calidad-precio me parece caro. Creo que este alojamiento debería valer menos de lo que anuncia. Me pareció también que estaba un poco descuidado en el sentido de que había algunas cosas estropeadas sin arreglar. También he de decir que se escucha mucho el exterior y cuando hace viento se oye mucho en la parte superior de la casa y crujen las maderas.

Great location, easy to walk into the city ideal for a weekend break. Host was very helpful.

The location was brilliant. It was so cosy! I loved the view from the bedroom window. It's gorgeous lovely space and great value for money too! The bed was very comfy and you had an outside balcony where you could look at the trees. I would definitely stay here again. We arrived late and the heating wasn't working. Melanie came over as soon as she could the next morning, sorted it all out, was so funny and kind and even got us some provisions even though she didn't have too!

Very clean, extremely helpful and quick response to small issue during our stay, clear check in info provided, plenty of essentials stocked good base to explore the city. Would return in future :-)

Unfortunately you do get some noise from passing traffic.
