Apartments with a basement and a first floor. It was cold in the basement. With 12 beds, only 4 chairs in the kitchen, which is not very convenient. There were 8 of us. The apartments do not match the price. There were no towels, although they were indicated in the description that they were available. For an overnight stay, you can stop, but no more.

The owner changed our stay at the last minute, informing us that the property we originally booked was not available. We were forced to stay in a poorly maintained house, which was especially difficult as we were three families with five children. The experience was very disappointing.

Nothing ,I got the location from booking. Com is completely wrong it was away from 1 mile none of the doors have lock tv doesn't work no car park i got parking ticket

Place not clean, no towels and toiletries provided. toilets door got no locks, lights not working. the owner said, "Will send the people to fix up but never turned up. Picture in booking .com was different the actual. very disappointed.

We got moved to another property and found the boiler not working and leaking. We told the host who tried to teach us over the phone to fix it. Was flat refused a refund even though he agreed it wasn’t fit for purpose.

The accommodation was changed at the last moment. The property owner informed like property was overbooked. I have booked the property 10 days ahead of the trip. Moreover while booking we have informed we had kids staying. The alternative house provided a sofa which was full of dust and smells bad, A slug was found in kitchen and stay was unhygienic.
