Probably was dirty and basic facilities were missing I.e. towels and linens. Even after contacting owner there was no solution we had to buy our own towels. Toilets were dirty, the drains in kitchen were licking, curtains were broken and the list is endless. Wish I could get my money back.

Nothing the engineers left after the first night and we asked for a refund

There were no towels on arrival. There was no running water. The property was dirty.

Nothing to like Working away. 3 men so not picky. Got a text message at 3pm asking time of arrival. Sent back will be there in 10 mins as leaving site. Which was just round the corner. Only to be informed the property is double booked. Then told there’s another flat for us which turned out to be 40mins away which we had no problem with. Told check in not till 5pm. Again not a problem. I asked for the address so we can get close park up and have a pint. He informed me he can’t send the address till 5 pm as cleaners are in the property. Why not we only want to get parked up and relax. Tried calling and messaging with no reply. Text came through at 5pm. No wonder he didn’t send us the address before. Stayed one night as we was all tired. Front door looked like it was kicked in. No WiFi, no tv working, the wiring is a disgrace, not clean. Tap in the kitchen constant running. Bathroom tap just don’t work at all (cold water) I could list more. Sent photos to booking.com asking for a refund for 3 nights. As we stayed 1 Stay away is my advice. Again we aren’t fussy when working away this is the pits.

We booked this cottage unfortunately ,last minute they changed to some other place that we didn’t want at all.We booked ground floor but they provided second floor and it was not fare as we have kids with us .We have seen many bad reviews but we didn’t expect this much.There are more than enough rooms but overall dusty atmosphere and noisy pipes

Absolutely nothing at all.

Unclean, cracks everywhere, so dirty. No door handle on the front door or one of the bedroom doors. No towels, bath bad mould on it. One of the rooms had no curtains at all. The communication was very poor & we were ignored when asking a question through text message as never seen anyone the full time of our stay. This apartment we were given was absolutely horrible and should not have been let out to anyone.
