Absolutely nothing. The property was an utter disgrace – filthy, unsafe, and completely uninhabitable. The conditions were so bad that some members of our party had to sleep in their cars, while others endured a sleepless night in the apartment. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had, and the property should not be available for booking.

Everything. The property was in a disgusting state – the floors were filthy, there was mold in the bathrooms, the bedding was stained, and the smell throughout was unbearable. The level of cleanliness and hygiene was shocking and completely unacceptable. It was unsafe, unsanitary, and unfit for anyone to stay in. We couldn’t even sleep due to the conditions and ended up either staying in our cars or trying to endure the night in the apartment. This property should not be listed on Booking.com, and it’s appalling that it’s even considered suitable accommodation

It wasn't the house he had painted We waited for 3 hours and he didn't answer the phone. Then he gave us the keys to another place The house was very dirty The heaters didn't work. There was no hot water

Location was amazing i arrived there and ther were massive holes in the walls iorn marks all over the carpet the carpet was really dirty i tool pictures as soon as i arrived and have constant abuse from the ownder saying i done this to his flat if taken it to the police he also double booked so had people just walk in as i put the key in the keybox as they had the code aswell the owneer is disgusting trying to say my kids just went in and put holes everywere he says i wasnt there i was it mas me my 2 daughters and and i had 7 of her friends with me not the way you want to start

It’s huge and lots of bed to sleep on.

The original acoomodation we booked was changed at the last minute while we’re on our way to occupy it. It was replaced to an apartment which was further away. No heating. No towels. No hot water. The person in charge does not reply to calls or messages. It was the worsiest accomodation ever. I do not recommend this place

Took money we traveled all way across country got there n ni answer on emails texts or calls on phn booking.com also couldn't get owners I don't think they shld be on this app I'm loyal stayed in alot cottages etc from this app may I add had a child with disabilities with us we got to Edinburgh still no answer or giving keeping in contact or didn't know the number to lock box to get in so we had the wrist stay in last min hotel 3rd floor no satellite on TV my son cried wgole nyt didn't even stay in the Hampton by Hamilton for breakfast got there slept left then also wasn't refunded by hotel for our hotel they said had no space but was n ended up never got our fee of £24.00 for 14hrs never again worse experience iv had yet staff wasnt helpful there either also cld move room was that small

Every single part from we left to travel nothing but upheaval child with disabilities upset which made our nyt away fir his bday n Xmas market ruined as there was an accident and we had to park only place n got 100 ticket charge also
