Owner not helpful very hard to communicate doesn’t even answer the call, lot of damage on the walls and door handles

Nothing to like in this property, you book this property and they will give you another one that is rubbish.

Everything...we booked this property and was sent to another facility, the boiler went broke and they would not even reply when we sent the message, so you have to shower in the cold, tissues seems to be left over, no trash can in the toilet, the sheets were smelling so bad, the washing machine still had some clothes on when we arrived, and the property is very far from the center...

Was good amount of space and beds

Had an horrendous time, I booked property in advance, said online to arrive from 3, uploaded we would arrive between 3-4 oclock, got there for some other people in the property smoking drugs! Saying they had booked it.. We had travelled over 3 hours with 3 kids one been diabetic, to contact the person we rented off for them to ignore first couple of messages, tried phoning them to be told the property was over booked and will find new location couldn’t check in till 6 this was currently 3.30! To be told we would be updated, 6 o’clock came no news, so contacted them again ignored couple of times till after 7, then sent new location after messaging a few times, so not only did we struggle to find the first location as no reply to then have to wait about till after 7 to find out if we had a new location to sleep with 3 kids one diabetic and then have to travel around again to get to our place to stay. Would not use again or recommend. Was basic place to stay wasn’t very clean just had plenty of space to sleep

Arrived to location , door unlocked people were already in this property, rang owner didn’t answer the phone eventually answered and he said wait 5 minutes then got a text saying it was over booked and to re locate to a different property, the house we were moved to was disgusting, heating didn’t work, hot water didn’t work, kitchen was dirty , bed sheets had stains and holes in them. I messaged the landlord and have heard nothing back. Booking.com should remove this property off their website as it’s absolutely disgraceful!

It was unclean. Read the reviews before you book, they are genuine. The property was so unclean that we slept in our jackets.

Absolutely nothing, we arrived to an awful and disgustingly dirty apartment

Everything, the beds were unclean, no towels, the oven wasn’t cleaned, dirty dishes on the side, just everything about this property was un acceptable

On the day of arrival we were told that we are overbooked and we were directed to an old house on portland road which was smelling mouldy and then the bedding was so dirty and looked like used one of the bed was wet when i turned the mattress upside down there were dead worms. There was no heating and the windows were broken couldn’t close them properly there was wind coming in. There weren’t any towels. In the fridge there was some leftover food had broken walls and holes in the floor it was a terrible night when i asked the owner he said you can go to the ocean inn apartment the guests didn’t come when we went there the house was in even more horrible condition. I am attaching the photos of both the houses. There wasnt any handwash even in the toilet and less than a half roll of toilet paper was all in there.There were exposed wires. The door handle of one of the door was broken from inside if you would get stuck inside you couldn’t come out. I wish there was option to upload more photos

Was booked to arrive between 3 and 4 and wasn’t cleaned till half 3, the owner wouldn’t answer the phone tried atleast 10 times and wouldn’t answer text messages either , I didn’t get the pin for the padlock till half 7 at night to get into the place after several phone calls with no answer, the apartment had several holes in the wall and no towels or cleaning products, the TVs are all taken out except 1, parts of the carpet were ripped and parts of the floor you would almost fall through the floor
