Hollywood Beachfront House

It was fine, good location near the beach. A little out of the way, but we used a lot of Ubers.

Terrible communication from the owners. Didn’t respond to messages before we arrived, and worse, ignored multiple messages and phone calls when we were stuck out of the apartment and struggling with a very temperamental door code. We didn’t get stuck outside altogether with our passports inside, but if we had we’d have been totally stuck. Also - the air conditioning in the living room doesn’t work; it was blazing hot. Bedroom was fine.

The concern I had about the AC and the fridge not working they dnt tend to that I had to call my daughter to assist me she called them and booking for help then they assist I think that was unfair to me

The location was perfect the view from the kitchen was amazing it was rite by the broad walk and the beach I hate that our vacation wasn’t longer but we will be back and we will stay here again. They had everything we needed down to beach chairs it was magical!!

My husband said the bed was a little hard for his liking but honestly that’s the only negative I can think of.

El a/c no enfriaba al parecer estaba en mal estado

El aire es muy malo es muy pequeño y el poco aire va fijo para las tasas de cafe y microondas El baño muy sucio y el tragante abierto(roto) La cama el colchón están en condiciones para la basura te levantas con problemas de columna Tienen de todo para cocinar pero el espacio donde colocar la hornilla es mínima es peligroso . El refrigerador es de juguete si das opción de poder cocinar donde pones tus cosas en el refrigerador. Y todo lo que hablan de cosas para playa, sombrillas sillas y de mas. No pienses lo que hace falta que llegue un camion y cargue tanta basura y reguero todo desbaratado. La cercanía a la playa es muy bueno

Nada. Nothing.

El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó. Envié muchos mensajes a los encargados y nunca tuve respuesta. Tuve que irme a otro hospedaje luego de 5 horas de esperar. Finalmente pedí reembolso y no lo hicieron. No lo recomiendo, estaba todo sucio, sin aire, mucho olor feo. The air conditioning never worked. I sent many messages to the hosts/management, but I never got a response. I had to leave for another accommodation after waiting for 5 hours. Finally, I asked for a refund, and they didn't give it to me. I do not recommend it; the place was completely dirty, had no AC, and there was a very bad smell.
