Truly all praise for the hosts and the way they welcomed us. The welcome and hospitality were at a very high level! The apartment is spacious, bright, very well located in the city on the main street, close to the train station and the seaside, clean, modern, and well-equipped.

L'appartement est nickel: neuf, huisseries de qualité, très bien agencé, très bien meublé, avec tout le nécessaire (y compris café, eau minérale dans le frigidaire et bouteille de vin offerte par le propriétaire). Le propriétaire est charmant et disponible. Très bien situé. Possibilité de se garer dans les rues adjacentes.

Estuvimos encantadas con este alojamiento. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy cuidado. La ubicación es excelente: en la calle principal de La Spezia, rodeada de tiendas y restaurantes, y a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de tren, ideal para visitar Cinque Terre. Además, la atención de Míriam y Marco fue de 10: amables, disponibles y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Muy recomendable para quien busque comodidad, buena ubicación y trato excelente.

"kwalitatief goede lokatie"

mooie ligging in het centrum , netjes ingericht appartement en van alles voorzien, communicatie eigenaar verliep vlot en beleefd,

de airco maakte een storend lawaai agv waterpomp als je de airco een langere tijd aan had , dit punt heb ik besproken met de eigenaar om dat te verhelpen
