AM's Apartment

Great apartment on an ideal location near to the train station and not far from the port. Had a nice suprise of a bottle of wine and some beer on arrival. On first floor but had a lift for luggage. Communication prior to arrival was good. The apartment was very clean and it had all we needed for a 6 night stay. Located on a pedestrian street with lots of eateries and cafes near by. However it was very quiet noise wise. I would stop here again.

Only a minor issue in that the pillows were very soft.

AM’s Apartment is just lovely! Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It is a very comfortable place to stay, and the location is great, in a main area of La Spezia. The hosts Miriam and Marco met us on arrival and warmly welcomed us.

There is nothing that we didn’t like. Our stay was very pleasant!

My daughter and I had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous apartment. Location was awesome, it was spotless and our hosts were lovely. Really really hope to return one day. Definately recommend staying here.

Loved everything!

The apartment is in a great location and Marco & Miriam are gracious hosts. Apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a break from hotels.

Air conditioner in main living room emitted a beep every few minutes when on. Only solution was to turn it off which may be a problem in peak summer.

The apartment was so clean!

Feel at home!! 🥰 Great location in the shopping street, restaurants, cafes. Only 10min walk to train station (you can park car there with €25/day). Aptment has a balcony, every bfast & dinner we enjoyed our meals there & watched the view and hustle bustle street downstairs. Don't worry, once windows & door closed you will not hear noise from outside. The apartment is spacious, very clean, nice & comfortable, modern style & fully equipped, incl washing machine, drying rack & iron. Have 1 DBLB room & 1 SGLB room, comfortable sofa & table in living room. Refrigerator was filled with complimentary a bottle of wine (we love it! 😊), juice, beer, some bottled water. Owner are very friendly & helpful, fast replied our messages. High recommended this apartment, hope it's available when we come back to our next Cinque Terre trip. Grazie mille Marco & Miriam! 🥰💖

The location was excellent, the appartment had everything you need, it was clean and even had some basic supplies provided! Overall, a fantastic place to stay! Highly recommend!

The pillows - they were soft and terrible for my neck. Please get some better pillows.
