Location was incredibly convenient as it was very central

Apartments nor building seem to have been cleaned much since opening however many years ago. Hoovers and mops are a myth in this building Also randomly no sponge or cloths to do washing but loads of towels

Excellent location. Good communication. Good value for money if you are looking for something basic and cheap in the centre of Liverpool.

Bathroom: no ventilation, so all toilet smells linger in the apartment. On arrival apartment smelt foul. Sofa : needs replacing, the base cushion is not secured and slides off whenever you are sitting on it. TV - no provision for normal TV viewing such as BBC1, BBC2, ITV etc. If you want to watch them you have to open as an app and view as playback with no option to watch live. Internet: was intermittent on TV, so the above option wasn't always available.

It’s clean and neat atmosphere

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Lodad Street Apartments. Two days before my arrival, I started receiving calls regarding a deposit. This was the first time I was informed about it, which was unexpected and inconvenient. In addition, I was not given a clear or proper location for check-in. I was only sent the apartment location, without clear instructions. When I arrived with my luggage, I had to call again to find the correct place. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The overall experience during check-in was not good. Clear communication about the deposit and proper directions should have been provided in advance. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your communication for future guests.

Very poor Internet. Tv signal is poor. Some areas needed slight attention, i.e., floor into living room
