I was told to give a deposit for the room which I paid, and it had now been over a month and I still havent got my £200 deposit back despite calling and messaging almost every day to get it resolved. They have now started ignoring my calls so not sure if I’ll even get it back. One of the beds also had stains all over it so we couldn’t use it during our stay.

"The apartment met my needs and I would book again"

The apartment was clean and tidy, great location, gaining access was easy, instructions were helpful

There are ants in the apartment and the fire alarm going off at 4am was not good
