The location

Space - not as advertised - not enough space. Sofa bed falling out as you sit on it. Not enough seats for 4 people to sit in the lounge area to watch tv. Bedding - duvet grubby, bathroom not very clean - grouting grotty. Smelly communal areas. Broken light switches. Broken blinds.
