The room is dirty, have very dusty. I asked the staff for new cleaning again. The bed is not soft. The microwave is broken. The light next the bedroom is not working. I need to ask the staff for new changing. I give deposit 200 pounds for cash. The staff said with me that it's not clear for deposit return. I ask for deposit return, said with me that I will get deposit when I check out. Actually I waited housekeeper for cleaning 10 AM. for checking in the room, I got the deposit. I'm not understand that the staff didn't informed me when I check in. I need to take train in the early morning in the check out date. I must change my train flight. I think that it's not professional.

Fab location. Fab apartment with all you need.

The only problem is the noise! Be prepared to have an interrupted sleep - outside might aswell be inside

Apartment we booked changed last minute the night before, a few minutes after I paid the deposit. Only reason they could give was "maintenance". Moved us to a smaller one with no regard or sympathy for the situation. Told them I would be checking in at 3 landed there, at half 2 no check in information given Had to call 3 times until they sent me the details, again also explained why we weren't happy that there was no compensation or anything towards to change just given to us to accept. When we got there apartment smelled so bad of smoke and not up to par, again called them lack of customer service training awful just passed me another number to deal with someone else who would not offer. Would not recommend dealing with them

Apartments are conveniently located in a walking distance from all main city attractions.

Unfortunately, the good about location is also the bad. Apartments are located right on top of a very noisy night club, therefore all building is literally vibrating from bass amplifiers from 10pm to 3am every day. In addition, night club customers produce so much noise in the street that even modern windows won't stop it, and this building has classic old windows. Never choose these apartments unless you're an extremely sound sleeper who won't feel all that noise.

The highlight of my stay was leaving the place on Sunday morning.

Dirty, loud, leaky bathroom roof, chewing gum stuck to bedroom floor, stains on the wall and bathroom floor, non of the radiators worked, uncomfortable pillows, truly an awful experience.

Very clean, location very central however besides the main door there’s a bar and at night time you might hear the music until late hours but it wasn’t a problem for my experience. I’d recommend to have basics like salt, olive oil in order to facilitate the cooking.

Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable felt the strings but not too bad.

Checked out 9th December and 21 days later still haven’t had our deposit returned
