Beach Club Palm Cove 2 Bedroom Luxury Penthouse

The instructions sent to us by the owner were easy to follow. Great location within the resort. House-keeping mid stay was good. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Overall a nice stay.

could have had better kitchen gadgets, eg: a colander, some plastic cups and plates which can be used around the pool. The rooftop dining table is very weathered and not really suitable for use anymore for dining. Also the spa had dead insects in it - so not very appealing to use.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Lovely linens and towels. Great property overall - awesome pools, great breakfast buffet.

The private spa was not in service during our stay - this was a big disappointment. There is water damage in the living room and a musty smell that is ever-present. My husband seems to have been bitten up by something in bed in the last few days we were staying

Apartment was beautiful and clean well worth the money. With a rooftop private spa and Juantita was a pleasure to deal made you feel welcome from the start have already recommended the apartment to family and friends.

Excellent location, right by the beach and walking distance to all of the shops. Spacious apartment with a balcony onlooking the pool. Generous amenities provided such as shampoo and conditioner. Fantastic pool and pool bar.

The apartment needs some serious maintenance done. I’m not a fan of leaving negative feedback but after reading multiple reviews it appears nothing has been done to improve the same comments. Parking is an issue, the instructions provided on where to park are unclear. Upon messaging the host, they advised due to travelling in non peak times we could park in any space which is false. We got notified by the complex to move our car. For reference the correct parking space is in building six which is the second garage not the first. The aircon system is below average, which makes it seriously uncomfortable when weather is consistently over 30 degrees. One of the toilet seats is broken. The beds are so uncomfortable, we woke up with sore backs everyday. For anyone travelling with lots of luggage, there are three flights of stairs and no lifts available getting to your room. The extra private balcony was ok. Quite dirty so we didn’t use it after one visit. One of the bathroom doors doesn’t fully close which is a bit odd. Horrendous smell of mould through the apartment and dust build up. The fans and air cons are clearly not maintained/cleaned as the dust build up was insane. Unfortunately due to all of these negatives, we would never stay in this apartment again. The actual complex itself is amazing and would consider booking to through the complex to get a room managed by them and not privately.

Location was great with view over pool, full use of resort facilities, good size rooms

Bathroom door didn't close, Air conditioner in main bedroom didn't cool. Basic maintenance required such as cabinet doors closing, Some of the TVs could be updated to smart TVs.

Beautiful resort, fantastic room, we had 2 bedrooms, the pool was amazing, and the location was in the heart of Palm Cove
