Finding the room itself was difficult with poor map and instructions

Beautiful view over the pool. Great location close to restaurants. Clean & Comfy beds. Well set out with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, did not feel cramped. Nice to sit on balcony of a night looking over pool. Serenity pool is so peaceful.

3 flights of stairs to apartment and another flight to the top balcony where spa was. Did not use it for this reason. As apartment is privately owned, resort will not help carrying luggage to apartment. Lounge suit was very dirty and stained, with rubbish under cushions. TV cabinet drawers all wonky. Apartment needs a thorough clean and maintenance done to fix things.

Great location, Apartment had fantastic facilities- BBQ, hot tub, comfortable beds, clean & comfortable. Pool was great. Juanita was very helpful and lovely to speak with.

Facilities of the Resort were good with its Pool/pool bar/ on site restaurants and is in a good location in the middle of the main restaurant street and virtually across the road from the beach life guards

The apartment itself had a number of issues from lack of maintenance: blown light globes, missing bed side lamp in main bedroom, safe that didn’t work; bathroom door to ensuite that didn’t close - had a 8cm gap; toilet seat that came off all the time; door to second apartment locked and couldn’t be opened (this was fixed quickly), insufficient tea towels, no information about where to put garbage and no notice that it was a 3 flight walk up.

The Beach Club is a great place to stay with everything central to Palm Cove. Pools are terrific.

Stairs up to our apartment were a struggle in the heat at times but good exercise.
