Lovely Studio w Full Kitchen in Heart of San Diego

Property was clean and close to great city spots. It had all we needed. AC worked perfectly fine.

Could hear everything, planes and other people. Air conditioner smelt and the hot water took 5minutes to become warm.

We liked the location. It was close to the areas of of San Diego we were visiting. It was spacious and clean and the lighting was good. The room was very quiet, considering the overhead air traffic.

The area around the apartment was kind of dodgy. We did not feel safe walking around late in the day or evening. /we were harassed by a street person as we parked our car. Also, it took OVER 5 MINUTES for the shower water to get barely warm. If water conservation or overall sustainability is important, this is NOT your place. Also, the photos on Booking.com indicated a balcony. The was none. Just a lone window, which was quite dirty, facing an alley and the wall of a neighboring building.

Clean, comfortable, good ac, shower, bed, tv, internet. Very light, staff very responsive and on site so it felt safe.

Homeless set up across the street at night… but they never bothered us and they picked up the next morning.

People upstairs were noisy.

It was disgusting and it was nothing like the false advertisement in the booking add. Was very disappointing, the traffic kept us awake all night. Going in and out of their unit. The host insisted that I was making things up. This was the first place I had to complain about of all my booking.com experience, I sent the host photos of what was not right about the room we were given. He the text me saying he will refund 30% of my payment due to the facts I gave him. Now he has completely stopped answering, no more replies. I have been ripped off before by his kind. We didn’t stay out 2 nights. We left the evening of the second day due to such horrible experience. And the host was not very helpful and stopped answering.

The place was comfortable and clean ! So far it has been my favorite place to stay in San Diego

I think the vending machine was broken but they did provide us with 3 waters for our room
