Lovely Studio w Full Kitchen in Heart of San Diego

very easy to access, very quiet, and comfortable.

It has everything that I need it  and the man who receptions us was so kind and helpful.

 The flight sound was horrible. And the second floor there was guests I heard their steps while I am on the first floor, and I was terrified to sleep.

Property was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and it was straightforward to get extra towels and water. Location is good, very easy to get into Downtown via car or short ride-share trip.

Not a criticism, but more of a clarification on the parking front: It is possible to get free parking but that relies on being able to find free on street parking near the property, which is not guaranteed and not as secure as off-street parking. We paid an additional $20 per night to park in the locked garage at the property.

Great place right across the street from Balboa Park and strategic position to visit san diego by foot.

Poor check in instructions. We did not receive instruction to access the facility as we did not know what apartment and access code was. Communication with the owner is really poor, hardly ever responding to messages and calls. I think it is not possible to rent an apartment and not communicate with guests. Please improve that for others people will come!

Looked just like the photos, tidy and clean. Kitchenette was well stocked. Was across the street from Balboa Park.

Window faced a wall, felt claustrophobic. Hot water took about 5 mins, so could not shower quickly. Noise from upstairs -couple had a fight, one left at 4:30am after slamming doors, was hard to sleep- and we had a conference to attend in the a.m. Homeless guy threw a construction cone at me, no idea why, but explains the triple security locks.

Nice apartment

We had a bad water damage leak in the living room. Water was all over the floor and was dangerous to due health and safety. Manager came in and said he will refund the cleaning fee but after returning home I sent emails and they haven't responded. No refund or compensation. Very disappointed
