Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment in Heart of San Diego

The Location, place was nice and clean.

We didnt have access from the park side and as a pet friendly place there was a lot of noise from dogs from others appartments that waked up us in the night. But would come back for sure.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly once we finally found out how to enter the building. It was a good walk to shops and attractions. The bed was comfortable.

Communication with the property was difficult as I did not have access to my emails in the USA. I asked for details for entering the unit to be sent to my husband, but they never came, which was stressful. The private street access gate did not work but there was another entrance we could use. To gain access to your room there are 3 different codes to be used,

My experience living in this apartment has been overall positive. One of the standout features is its convenient location, offering a good walking distance to nearby amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Additionally, the apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, from modern appliances to ample storage space, making it feel like a comfortable and functional living space. However, one issue we encountered was noise from the residents living upstairs. Initially, it was disruptive to our daily routines. However, they promptly addressed the situation upon contacting the management, and the noise significantly decreased. We are thankful for their responsiveness and efforts to ensure a peaceful living environment, which ultimately contributed to our overall satisfaction with the apartment.

Location was great. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go!

The room itself was adequate and clean—as advertised regarding the space and accommodation.

Incredibly noisy apartment. You can hear pretty much everything going on in the rooms next to you and above you. The footsteps of guests walking above sound like loud stomping and you can hear the conversations of people in other rooms. You can even hear the buzz of a phone vibration when the guest above gets a notification. The apartment is also in the path of landing airliner jets which are loud, but surprisingly not as loud as the noises from other rooms. Very inadequate sound insulation. If you’re a light sleeper or constant noise bothers you, you will not be satisfied. The power outlets seem to be throttled with low amperage which limits what devices can be operated. I was not able to charge my iPhone with my normal charging block—I have never had this issue with any other outlets in any building. I tried every wall outlet in the room with no success. Bring a battery backup charger if this is a concern for you, and be sure to keep it charged when you can at bars, coffee shops, etc. We ended up not staying for the final night and left a day early because we did not want to have a poor nights sleep due to the noise.

The location is close to downtown San Diego and the bed was comfortable. The apartments themselves are fine, the staff, if you happen to actually find them in their office, are very friendly.

There are a lot of homeless people around the location of the apartments. We didn't feel comfortable parking our car at the apartment at first but nothing bad happened in the end. The apartments are terrible in terms of sound insulation. Expect to be able to hear every single conversation, every footstep, pet's footsteps and so forth of the neighbors beside, below and above you. Our stay was fine the first night, we just heard some noise from the neighbor beside us but it wasn't too bad. The second night people moved in above us and it was terrible, we ended up leaving early because it was so bad. The price is decent for the location but the sound insulation is unacceptable. The listing of the apartment says there's free parking but there isn't really, only between 6pm-8am. You can park in the parking garage on the premises for $20-30 per night (some messages from the host say 20, some say 30) but we didn't end up using it.

Very convenient.

I loved everything. Absolutely no complaints.
