Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment in Heart of San Diego

Need to take Uber to beach side wasting time homely people sleeping opposite of the property & along the roadside towards the train station Some of electrical point not functioning

The title of this place says it all! Very clean, modern, equipped well, in very convenient location!

Finding parking could be a little bit of haste. depends on the time and day. Across the street had metered and free parking

The space was very nice, and very spacious

The airport is very close so there were a lot of airplanes flying over

Localisation and the apartment is very cosy. The problem is not the apartment or the owner. Nothing to say about it. Everything was clear, clean and perfect. ( Need more kitchen ustensils)

Noise!!!!! OMG... It was horrible. The airport is just at 30 secs Each fu**** minutes there is plane. And the apartment is not well insulated. There is not very sound proff. It was so horrible for us the sleep between the neighbors ( not polite and educated!), the dog was barking, the traffic,... So sad because the apartment is just perfect! Really. But not to relax!

Location..patio and bed was very comfortable

Pillows on bed..to thick and lumpy hard.needs a luggage rack in closet, a small table on other side of bed and hand towels.we had only wash cloths and bath towels.per noise others wrote .if u don't open outside door and window we didn't hear airplanes. We only heard neighbors above..but they seemed to be considerate.i have had it worse at some hotels. Will definitely stay again!

the location was excellent Very convenient to the entire city.

The shower curtain kept falling down. But that was a minor inconvenience.

The owner helped to get inside, answered the calls immediately, in the evening. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything i needed. There were no problems with parking either. They gave me a code and let me in right away.

Upstairs neighbors were terrible. Saturday at 2am they thundered and knocked. they drank and walked there. Noise isolation wanted better. On Sunday at 7am, the upstairs neighbors were just as noisy and thundering.

A bit noisy, you can hear the airplanes pass day or night. We were in the first floor and could hear the people on the second, not just the steps the talking also. We reserved for 20 days, and there was no notification that the place it’s handle like an AIRBNB there’s no cleaning, we had to clean ourself or pay extra for cleaning services, with a newborn this was not an option. Parking was also extra, for a long stay 30 dlls per day was just too much. We had some issues with the internet but we survived, no big deal.
