the view straight over the harbour is awesome - good level of information

Tv was a little tricky to get operating sofas could do with replacing or re-upholstery

The property was in a great location and was very comfortable with everything you could need, including good kitchen facilities. The views from the lounge (and upstairs) are amazing.

A salt cellar and large chopping board would have been useful. The downstairs area would benefit from a redecoration.

Location is brilliant with easy access to Seahouses and a fabulous view over the habour. Lounge/dining area very comfortable and with large windows to view out to sea. Kitchen worked well when we needed to cook.

Nothing to crticise really - folk with mobility issues may find the stairs a bit narrow and the outside steps tricky, but not really a problem for us.

Great location and within 2 minutes walk to pubs,shops and resturants. View from property onto harbour is exceptional.

Location fabulous, close to all shops restaurants and pubs, views lovely, nice to look out from the living room balcony.

Apartment needs some TLC, both toilets were clean, upstairs shower looked lovely but couldn't get into shower properly because of a glass shelf had been put inside, had a problem with the pop up sink plug( did call owner to tell him) it was Easter so we didn't bother him, and we used downstairs sink. The kitchen was clean, although couldn't see through the window because it needed cleaning outside. The lounge, I gave a good clean before we used it, walls dusty and cobwebs, skirting inch of dust in places, carpet acceptable but hoovered it daily, looked better when we left. The one bedroom, ceiling coming down slightly, stairs and landing bad, needs a good clean and paint job. Overall the whole building could do with a good update, shame because it could be lovely. We enjoyed seahouses very much but we think for what we paid, it was overpriced for what we got, and looking at other properties in the same area much nicer inside costing a few pounds a day more, we wouldn't be using this one again, hope the owner takes the criticism because it could be a lovely holiday retreat. Sorry

Perfect location

Fabulous location , comfortable beds , great view and lovely to have parking outside.

Unfortunately damp patch by the front door and downstairs bathroom smelt of damp .The outside could have done with a clean up . The kitchen bin had not been emptied and there were someone’s clothes in one of the bedrooms.
