Great location right in town! Parking right outside. It was very quiet. We had a wonderful view of the harbor. Easy walking to everywhere via the Coastal Path. The house was very clean. Martin was very responsive, made it easy to check in, and left a pint of milk which was very thoughtful. There are good pubs for dinner - we particularly liked The Black Swan.

The shower was tiny and had no shelves on which to put toiletries while showering. We're not big people and it was too small. The downstairs bathroom was nice and big - it's a pity it wasn't set up for a shower. That room could do with a curtain or blind.

The balcony could do with some improvement a good clean and some furniture would have been very nice No bread board or milk jug but these are just minor issues

Great position with views over harbour and to Farne Islands

Several H&S issues. No smoke alarm in kitchen, kettle didn't turn off automatically when boiling. Large opening windows throughout with no restrictions are a safety hazard. No blind at bathroom window.Lack of visitor info and information about the property. We expected better facilities for the money we paid.

The fabulous views, clean and comfortable. Host very quick to respond to minor hot water issue.

Fantastic views of the harbour & Farne islands. Right on the harbour front. Lots of light in the property. Host helpful & communicative & provided milk for our arrival which was welcomed. Has everything we needed & plenty of room.

Only that the bedroom curtains didn’t keep out the light! So at 4am light streamed into the bedroom!
