Anchor Point

A Perfect location. Comfortable and spacious. It was clean and homely with a well equipped kitchen etc. Martin was very attentive, which made me feel he appreciated our custom. We would definitely stay at Anchor Point again and wished we had booked another night. We would absolutely recommend it.

It would benefit from a little freshening up as far as the decor is concerned. Replacement of the waste bin and kettle plus the artificial grass on the balcony, but these are minor details and did not affect our stay at all.

A great location with lovely views, shops pubs and restruants close by. Parking on site and a good clean apartment.

The size and location were fab.

The shower cubicle didn’t close fully and the kettle didn’t shut off automatically.

The interior was very clean and very well furnished and equipped

There were a few details that could be improved like the under unit lighting in the kitchen and the canopy over the entrance porch which really spoils the outside appearance. The shower could do with being a bit more powerful and the doors adjusted to close properly

The view from the property over looking the harbour was lovely. The property was very accommodating for self catering and had good quality furniture and finishes.

Privacy tint on the upstairs bathroom and smaller bedroom would be the only thing I’d add.

Good location, well equipped, very comfy beds and sofas. Clean, spacious.

Parking can be a little tricky. Needs a blind in downstairs bathroom.

Home from home. The views are spectacular and the place was lovely and warm.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, it wasn’t great

The view was fantastic. Great central location in really interesting town and county. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom and plenty of hot water. Excellent to have dishwasher and washing machine

Minor things - teapot was hopeless and kettle a pain to fill but everything else outweighed this.

Truly horrible, do not stay!

I cannot express to you how poor your accommodation is, from how bad the place smells to how dated and mind blowing different to what’s portrayed on the description. This is truly like stepping back into the 1980s with light bulbs that stick out of the lampshades, lights that don’t work, no radiators (economy 7 storage heaters, Minuit radiators for the bedrooms, air heater for the lounge!) heated towel rails that don’t work, mattresses from the dark ages, general fixtures and fittings that were obsolete in the 80s but somehow still exist in this flat, that’s before I even get started on the windows, carpet, ceiling and entrance! We have brought away my 88 year old father who cannot believe that we have brought him somewhere as bad as this! It is truly horrible and I cannot believe anyone would pay for the pleasure of staying there!
