"Not a luxury apartment."

The staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The apartment was a good size and a good location, on the surface was clean.

The floor had spilt drink marks so obviously had not been washed thoroughly and the flooring had big gaps or rips in it. The bathroom and shower was not inviting as you will see in the photos.

Ideal location for Edgbaston. Host was very accommodating by arranging key pick up due to late check in Great tv

Wasn’t stunning as in description. Was ok and fine for 3 men up and out to watch cricket everyday A couple of things needing attention- main door doesn’t fully open re warped floor, shower heads at hose, in both bathrooms, leak badly meaning water doesn’t really reach shower head. Mirror was off wall and propped against wall
