"Great. Would recommend."

House was very cosy, spacious, clean. It was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine. Location was good. Easy access to public transport. All provided amenities worked well.

Having a proper place to sit and eat (e.g. a portable table to keep infront of the sofa) would be ideal. Wife complained that heating was not up to the mark even with the electric heater in the room.

Nice amount of room and the facilities were perfect. Nice and clean and well maintained.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und neuwertig eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett schön bequem. Die Lage war gut. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht.

Einiges fanden wir für Gäste nicht gut durchdacht: Es fehlte uns ein Tisch, um zu zweit daran zu sitzen und zu essen oder einen Kaffee zu trinken. Die schwere Couch blockiert den Zugang zum Fenster um an die Heizung zu kommen. Außerdem sind beide Vorhänge komplett falsch aufgehängt (unten kann man reinschauen und sie hängen über die Heizung. Alles eigentlich leicht zu optimieren. Außerdem wird nach Buchung eine Kaution verlangt.

A lovely little 'home from home!' Being a lone traveller i felt very safe with everything I needed to cook, relax and sleep well. Parking was directly outside the property.

Clean , spacious and very comfy bed, small fully equipped kitchen

It was perfect location for me , but is a little out of town ( a no9 bus does take you into centre and by Moore st stn)

"Terrible as they canceled my booking on the day based on my home address been in Birmingham judging me on previous tenan"

I didn’t stay in the property as when I submitted my Identification I was told that as I live in Birmingham I wasn’t able to stay in the apartment and they asked me to cancel it on the booking.com app and they would cancel it with no charge. I was then sent an email saying there was mould in the property so inconsistent with there reasons for me not staying .
