Cosy Lakeview Apartment

Great location and beautiful views 👌

Stunning views from living area and master bedroom, lovely terrace area. An excellent location within 10 minutes of the centre of Queenstown took longer walking back up the hill. It would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues as it is up a steep hill from the lake and further steps up to the accommodation. Good size apartment with everything we needed for 3 nights. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Shower was very good. We would stay here again. Good communication from start to finish.

Dated bathroom and kitchen but this did not impact on our stay. Poor noise insulation and we heard noise from the upstairs apartment, however as we were made fully aware of this prior to booking we were not suprised.

What an incredible view - superb! Great for sunrises and sunsets and at all times of the day! The beds were comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. There was more than enough space and amenity to enjoy when not out exploring.

During the supper hours there was some disturbance from the guests staying upstairs. However overnight there was no interruption. Its worth pointing out that the stairs from the street are quite steep, so people with accessibility requirements would need to consider this.

Amazing location. Great views. Comfortable beds. Excellent heating.

It was damp. There were leaks around the sliding door near the kitchen....it was dripping and pooling on the tiles. There were no tongs and there was limited kitchen equipment .

The noise from the neighbours is excessive. We read reviews about being able to hear the footsteps etc but we could block that out & came prepared with earplugs. However, The issue is the people upstairs had people over and all night parties 3 out of the 4 nights we were there... This included music, shouting, laughing, running around, arguing etc. on our first night the neighbours party started at 11pm and didn't end until 7am... All of the noise rules we have to follow for this location make sense but the neighbours certainly don't and it ruins it.
