An English Gem near Union Station

My stay was incredibly smooth, from booking through check-out. The host is very communicative and ready to help. The accommodations are exactly as described in the listing; perfectly comfortable and tidy. On a longer stay, the kitchen would prove to be a welcome resource. If you're traveling by train, the proximity to Union Station is great, which in turn means you're very near many of DC's attractions.

I have no complaints.

Spacious room and excellent amenities. Exactly as described in the listing. Bus no 80 is practically at your doorstep. Near Union Station. The neighbourhood is purely residential and a lovely locality. It's a basement apartment, yet the sound from the floor above is not at all annoying. The place can fit a small family

The description "parking included" was misleading. Only street parking, two-hour free. If you want a pass, it is $20. The location description was not accurate. The place is not close to Union Station. It took a month and several calls to get my safety deposit back. Book.com asked for evidence that I paid the deposit. Did they not have records? They charged $100 and returned $96. $4 is not much, but it puts a bad taste in your month.

Good location and very clean.

The apartment is in a great location close to Union Station on a very quiet street. You can easily walk to a few area restaurants and the Capitol is close by.

The only complaint I have is that there is no television in the apartment. Most of the time we were out exploring the city, so it wasn't really a huge issue, but it still would have been nice to have.

As I was travelling alone, I chose the room in the front with a single bed, avoiding the main bedroom with the loud furnace. Nice neighborhood with a good bus connection to Union and Downtown.The pictures match the furnishment.Good WIFI

As its an old house, soundproofing is lacking, you hear every step taken on the main ground floor if the unit is occupied. To avoid extra fees for the security deposit, I chose the credit card option.Surprisingly I only received $96 back thus $4 short?!

Lovely neighborhood. Comfortable place. I had a situation during check in but Dr. Koura was very helpful.
