Communication with host was great. It was a good location for the price! Perfect for our one night stay in the city.

Kinda smelly wall plug-in things. A bedside table/lamp would have been nice, but those are minor details.

Bathroom is too dark, and the bigger bedroom is noisy due to the heater inside the room.

"Cheap and clean"

Very good value for money. The basement apartment was clean. What you see on the photos is what you get. Nice to have a kitchen to cook for yourselves if you choose. No TV but good wifi.

The furnace for the house was in our bedroom and was a little noisy. We stayed on some very cold nights so the furnace was active throughout the night.

"It was everything that I expected and Dr. Koura is a great host!"

Where to start! The location was very convenient to where we were working. It was quiet and quaint. Impeccably clean. Dr. Koura had everything we would have needed if we it was a pleasure trip. We only really just slept there. Being that it was February, it was cold COLD and I’m from the south, so I love my heat. Lo and behold, she had space heaters in the closets!!! The heading truly pales in the beauty and warmth of her home. I will definitely book this property again and again!!!

Only downside is we weren’t there long enough to really enjoy.
