RELAXING 3 BR WITH FREE PARKING AT THE SEQUOIA

The location was great, the parking was so helpful, and the apartment was accurately described. We appreciated having the space for our family and the thoughtful provisions in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also Vivienne checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed.

One room allowed a lot of sunlight early in the morning, so an option for room darkening curtains or shades would be helpful. We we always concerned about making too much noise for the people below us - but that's just part of being in an apartment.

The location was 2 blocks away from my daughter's apartment. We were there to celebrate her college graduation. The building was quiet and close enough to Howard University.

The mattress was very firm. I just prefer a softer mattress.

Great stay for big family, not far from all attractions.

I loved almost everything about this location!

The beds was hard. It took a couple days to get use to.

The house was clean. The location was good.

The hot water wasn't good. It wasn't enough for 2 people taking showers, especially in the winter time.

The guest made everything comfortable for a relaxing stay, including all ready in the kitchen for preparing meals, coffee and more. The place is nearby convenience stores and Metro, calm and safe. I definitely recommend this place and will probably come again !
