RELAXING 3 BR WITH FREE PARKING AT THE SEQUOIA

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, excellent for a family of 5-6. Nice kitchen satisfying more than basic cooking needs. 2 showers/bathrooms. Near DC subway system, by far the best way to get into interesting sites of the capitol. Neighborhood not the best though we did not feel under any danger even walking at night. Police station a few buildings over on street. Must read instructions sent by host carefully before arriving.

Better and more detailed instructions required on how to receive key to building. Many stairs to apartment so less convenient for those with a lot of luggage especially if planning short stay. Parking behind building however only access from front which is nuisance when dealing with luggage. Host warning to be quiet because of downstairs neighbors, in practice every little movement caused banging on ceiling by said neighbor, to consider if traveling with little children.

The apartment was clean and spacious, in a very central location with access to metro and bus line. . Host was very accommodating with parking times.

Great location close to some restaurants and metro station that will bring you in 20 min to downtown.

Noisy neighbours until midnight. Then everything is nice and quiet.

Kitchen and space and beds for all 8 of our family, comfortable bed, games for kids, laundry facilities, stove, fridge, table and chairs. Interesting neighborhood with restaurants and bus and train in walking distance, beautiful wooden floors. Very responsive and kind host.

Kitchen cabinets with lots of crumbs, all pots and pans with badly scratched Teflon type coating, too many of same type of spices, unlabeled pancake mix ? In Tupper type container, badly broken and melted dishwasher, terribly noise groaning washing machine.

Nice apartment, 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Included free parking. Located 5 minutes walk from Georgia Av metro station, 7 stops from The Washington Mall, which was convenient. Shampoo, body wash, coffee and tea included. Hosts replied quickly to questions. Apartment was clean. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend.

Older building, doesn't look the best from outside. Parking spot was behind the house and a bit of a search to find.
