RELAXING 3 BR WITH FREE PARKING AT THE SEQUOIA

Nearly everything I am not happy. I don’t think this apartment is suitable for the group more than 4 members. The hot water supply was terrible. Even just one person taking shower halfway, the water was getting cold. And have to wait for a while then washing a couple of minutes. It was cold again. End up with some of my family members just gave up and slept without taking shower. The rooms had many loud noises like the aircon(the main unit is in the lounge), the dishwasher and etc. Not sure why the beds in 2 rooms are so high, you need to jump a bit to sit on it. My parents were worried to sleep on it coz they may fall down and get injured. We are a group of 7 people. Only 3 double beds there. We finally found a folded bed in the wardrobe. But unable to find any bed sheets, blankets and linens provided. The check in process is really frustrating. Since I have already been in front of the entrance, still yet received how to get in the apartment. I called and the lady said I will send you right now. After 10 minutes waiting, nothing received. I had to call again. She then sent me the codes via booking message. Many of the furnitures are worn out, you can find some of the parts on the floor. Forgot to mention, this apartment is on second floor no elevator available.

The offer on booking said the cleaning fee was included. Than, when it came to payment, it was suddenly extra paid so the final prize was different than one shown on booking. Booking, obviously, pretended that they try to solve the problem, the said, that all charges are made by booking. This is simply cheating. There were major problems with getting the keys, no massage, no instruction. We had to ask our American friends to call and then we received everything. Otherwise the flat is ok. A little bit rusty, but fine.

The location is convenient for traveler driving into Washington. Very safe neighborhood with a Police station a few doors away. 5 -10 minutes walk to restaurants. Food delivery option is also convenient for curbside pick up. The host is very accommodating took us to a step by step process of getting into the apartment via whatapps. We arrive a bit late and a bit dark for us to retrieve the keys from the lock. Even though we felt like causing an inconvenience to her upon our difficulties getting in, she made us feel welcomed and accommodated us cheerfully via our phone calls. Will definitely come back when in Washington.

Parking is located behind the apartment complex. The only entry to the apartment is via the front gate. After parking you need to walk around the complex to the front gate. Guests will need to unload the luggage on the front gate then park behind. No lifts up the apartment. Its not an inconvenience though.

The mattresses are too hard and uncomfortable to sleep, parking lot is difficult to find especially at night

this place is exceptional, location is central, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood; well responsive hostess with clear (self) check-in and check-put instructions, parking in the back is very convenient, fully equipped

The location is perfect & close to everything. Very safe, on the same block as the police station. The home is very clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
