RELAXING 3 BR WITH FREE PARKING AT THE SEQUOIA

The apartment is spacious with one large living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, all kept very clean. While some reviewers noted the beds were high and stiff, we found them comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The host promptly addressed our questions, and the couch has been replaced since the photos were taken. Convenient parking in the back, though finding the entrance might be confusing. No noise from passing cars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Not a negative aspect but worth noting, as brought up by other reviewers: The area is undergoing gentrification, so you'll see a mix of single women attending yoga classes, trendy cafes and breakfast places, but also some peculiar individuals around the metro stop. We never felt unsafe, especially with a police station just a couple of houses down the road

Host was great very helpful when we needed something. The Subway was in walking distance. Our street was nice but soon you turn the corner it was a different world.

The AC didn’t work the whole stay . The neighborhood had a lot of shady characters. I wouldn’t walk around at night.

Felt safe. Location was great. Location had parking which was awesome as parking can be hard to find. There are extra beds available for large groups comes in handy.

To many stairs, with luggage’s makes it difficult going up and down. Bathrooms can use a little update. But overall was comfortable.

The location was great and walking distance to metro. The host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The place is spacious, well designed allowing for both privacy and communal time. The bedroom are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are on the older side yet clean but the water pressure is a tad low. There are a nice places to eat close by.

The heating unit is loud: we absolutely had to close the doors at night to be able to rest. It takes about 40min to get anywhere by subway.

Great place and price. Everything you need is in the unit bring a few groceries or have them delivered and you are set or just eat a one of the close restaurants. Easy to get to anything. Everything is close Metro, food, attractions. Very helpful and friendly host.

I was chose this property as it was well priced and had 3 bedrooms and free parking. The street itself is nice and it's right along from the police station so super safe! The house is well set up in terms of equipment etc and free toiletries in the bathrooms, coffee and filter papers. I was happy to find an extra fold out bed and linen in the cupboard. The washing machine and dryer were really great too. We only ate one meal in the house - a breakfast of bagels from an excellent bagel place along the road. We were very satisfied with the apartment.

There are 2 mattresses one on top of the other on 2 of the double beds; this made the beds very high. We weren't really sure of the purpose of this. More sleeping capacity perhaps? It wasn't really a problem for us - just looked a bit weird but if you were less mobile it might be an issue. The bedroom at the rear of the property could do with a new blind as it was made of paper and in poor repair. The bedside lights were difficult to turn on and off. It would be better to have lights and bedside tables on both sides of the beds. The numbers on the parking spaces at the rear could do with repainting.
