RELAXING 3 BR WITH FREE PARKING AT THE SEQUOIA

Curtains in one bedroom consisted of a paper screen which was ripped and hanging in half. The other bedroom had broken bent blinds. Beds had 2 mattresses on top of each other making it that high I struggled the get on

The location and the layout of the apartment was GREAT. I love the fact everything you have at home was here too. Who think of providing Guest with wonderful name brand toiletries, They DO. We didn’t even use the free parking, we got lucky with street parking every evening. Ran into other neighbors all were very very friendly.

Here are my tiny negatives: Larger Ice Trays.. Clean dish sponge after each stay.. Chair in front right room has a weak, glad I didn’t sit in it.. The Sofa could use a refreshing in its fabric. Clear instructions on how to use the the 📺 TV and Movies. One wooden decor leg on Glass Coffee Table is lose.

Absolutely beautiful 😍 and comfortable. Very inviting. The fob and keyless entry were awesome. The kitchen had dinner and cookware. We were greeted with cold bottles water! There is actually 2 full baths which I thoroughly appreciated!!

The parking is around back, with a secure back gate so getting luggage up was a bit of a struggle. So love and hate the security gate. The neighborhood was...not what I had expected.

Enough space for everyone to have quiet time after busy days. Parking space was so much better than street parking. Really appreciated all the bathroom supplies and kitchen spices.

Could use more kitchen supplies like cookie sheet or large salad bowl.

The location was fantastic! it was an easy walk to the metro and an even easier walk to the bus, which was a surprisingly pleasant and easy way to travel. it was also close to lots of food options, including restaurants and a Giant and Target. We parked the car and used public transportation daily with no issues. The apartment was clean and quiet and provided nice shampoos and soap. There was a police station nearby and we felt safe (although we were never out after dark).

If I had to find something to nitpick—the beds were a little harder than our preference and the rooms could use some darkening curtains.

Not enough linen for pullout beds-very noisy air conditioner-property a bit tired…scary /loud neighbourhood.
