"Stupid customer service, never response at all"

we didn't stay there at all then how you want us to comment good.

I were there as per my reservation, but no one is there and no reservation was make for us the contact number given also not respond at all.. we were stuck over there with no place to stay.. very bad situation we went trough with kids. i need and explanation and compensation for the hustle i when trough the whole day until slept at road side. Property holder was irresponsible and make our holiday screw up.

My group of eight made a full payment for hotel accommodation, only to discover upon arrival that the hotel had been closed for several months. Despite multiple attempts to reach your support team via chat and phone calls, we received no response at the time. Although we eventually canceled the booking and the payment was refunded, the situation left us stranded without accommodation at the last minute. This caused significant stress and forced us to make urgent alternative arrangements. I appreciate the refund, but I urge your team to: Ensure closed or fraudulent listings are promptly removed. Improve communication channels for urgent customer issues. Provide safeguards to prevent similar incidents in the future. this is was scammer !!! we booking and they will chat us the room maintained. After that, we want refund but they dont give any proof to refund. They say they was cancelled the booking but in this app still confirmed. At the end, we dont get out money back and we dont stay. Dont booking in this apartment!!!

Tiada apa yg best semasa menginap kerana rumah yg sgt teruk dan tidak selesa,tidak sesuai di jadikn penginapan 👎👎👎👎👎 1: aircond tak sejuk 2: peralatan dapur tidak lengkap 3: tilam dan bantal hapak dan gatal2 4: lantai spc tercabut2 dan mengelebung 5: ada portable aircond tp rosak (baik tak payah ada) 6: tombol pintu toilet tercabut (tak boleh lock) 7: tong sampah luar kotor dan bau taik 8: respon dari propety sgt lambat untuk bg details c/in berkali2 call (kena sidai kow2)

"Gotta do mass housekeeping before having pleasant stay."

The view of the unit facing at the sea with can see sunrise, the living room is huge to accommodate CNY gatherings.

The unit was under maintained, the ceiling fans were covered with thickened dust, we cleaned it when checked in. The air conditioner in 2 of the rooms were not working despite the technician came 3 consecutive days (at the end my brother gotta guide the technician to fix them). Toilet drainage was slow resulting water ponding and staining of the floor.

استمتعنا بالمسبح وجودة الاسانسيرات دورات المياه كانت نظيفة

مكيف الصالة معطل وتم وضع مكيف متنقل صغير يملا الصالة حرارة مما اضطررنا الي عدم القدرة على الجلوس في الصالة شاشة التلفاز معطلة طباخة الكهرباء معطلة والفرن معطل فقط غلاية الماء والمايكرويف يعملان عدم وضع مناشف كافية ... واحدة فقط وعدد الأسرة 6 مجفف الشعر معطل أيضا.
