A spacious property with all you need. Close to the city centre.

We couldn’t see anything that said ‘Charles Hope’ on the building. Luckily, there was a member of staff sat in her car (having dropped off supplies on her day off) and she asked if we needed help. She went out of her way to phone the company and get us in the building. She took us up to our apartment and made sure we were ok and explained about the key etc. she went above and beyond and had a very cheerful disposition. I liked the Tassimo machine. Unfortunately you need to take/buy your own pods as only 2 espresso pods are left for you I liked that milk was left in the fridge for you

It was set up for 4 adults, but the sofa was only big enough for two and there was only one other living room chair. The tv was very tinny sounding. There was a balcony, but no furniture to sit out there and have your drinks/breakfast. Whilst I was laid in the bath, I looked over at the toilet and it looked like poo all around the rim (like the cleaning attention was only focused on the side that could be seen when you walked in the room. More attention to cleaning was needed in the bathroom overall. It’s a pity there was no tv in the second bedroom

Television was included, large kitchen reasonably clean. Quite spacious.

The admin side was laughable the staff were friendly and helpful but the actually process was awful. Paid for parking and our bay was used the whole time we were there. We did get to park in another area and we were told we wouldn’t get a ticket by the reception. The apartment was disappointing tbh it was meant to be a nicer one but I would say it was more budget and quite sparsely furnished. The carpet could do with a clean too the rug had stains on it in the living area and there was a smell near the bedside table in the bedroom with the en-suite. Kitchen had very basic amenities and no placemats or coasters for the glass table. The balcony had an awful view and the glass was mucky and the area around it full of dirty water. The shower was very hot and I couldn’t turn it down any more. Ok for one night at a push but it could be so much better with more attention to detail. Maybe look at your reviews and take some action to improve please.

Close to bars and coffee shops. Clean accomodation, with good amenities.

Significant charge for pet staying at the property for one night, that was not made clear prior to booking. Location: Fine during the day, but not safe in the early hours of the morning. Had to phone a number to collect keys - the instructions to get to the right door were a little confusing. Suggestion: Number the different doors on the property
