I was told someone would meet me on arrival. That didn't happen. Had to phone to gain access. Poor storage in bedrooms. No instructions for recycling, microwave,etc

Good location, nice and spacious apartment, easy booking.

Finding the right front door for first arrival saw us wondering around all over the place, perhaps a picture on the listing which shows the exact one?

Nothing good to say!

First, the pre-booking process was not clear, there was no link and confusing messages. When I arrived at the building, I was lost with the various entrances to the building, they do not provide clear and detailed information on how to access the building, it was very frustrating. When I arrived at the apartment, the instructions for accessing the Wifi were incorrect and it did not work. The accommodation was dusty and had a strange smell. I will not return even if I am paid to stay and I will avoid staying at any establishment owned by this company at all costs.

Lack of basic essentials (eg no oven mitts or cutting board).

It was the organisation before You mixed you the email then the parking permit was a Knightmare to get then getting into the property

The location was great

There was no hot water on arrival. We had to work that out ourselves, not much in the way of utensils. I think there should have been other tv in the other bedroom too, cleaning wasn't great, as being cleaners ourselves of would accept better.
