All good, but some confusion finding the place.

Rooms are decent and living room was nice.

Firstly location is the trickiest bit. I had to call someone twice to just understand where the door was. Poorly managed. There should be very clear instructions provided with images of which door to access. Secondly, this property has too many restrictions. For instance they want you to check in every single guest, meaning if i was to bring a friend over or colleague even for 10 mins i lose my deposit.

The apartments are exceptional and clean. I was impressed by the quick check-in and check-out process, as well as their strategic location

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom ventilation.

Lovely clean apartment situated with 5 minutes walk from town. Everything you need in the kitchen and a great balcony

Needs black out blinds as sun shines into the room at 5am. Needs a soft close toilet seat as a must...not difficult fixes. Bed in the room is a very small double...should be larger

Location is nice... worked for us...

We came from USA... did not know about heat and door key (unusual that nobody is there to give us a key or let us know if we have a question. We had no working phone (US phones) so wee were at the mercy of kind people to help us get in touch with the reception.

The location to the Docks

Ringing the number to get my key as they kept telling me to go to the red and orange building and go to reception. The reception is actually in the blue building! They also never told me to take my ID, so by the time I eventually got to the reception I then had to go back to my car to get ID!!

The location was perfect for our cruises. We could simply walk to it from the dock with our luggage and then walk back to the dock for our next cruise two days later. The apartment was basic, but clean and tidy. A lady employee met us outside ( by accident not planned) and she escorted us all the way in to check we got in and asked if we had any questions. Very comfy but small beds - I’m used to a USA king and these were 5’ and tight against the wall and door. However no complaints we look forward to returning !

It had a few ‘wear and tear’ issues which were not really a problem and the beds should be clarified as UK king, (5’ I believe). I had assumed king would be 6’ as they are in the US - my mistake, but might be advisable to let people know.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the town centre

Should have supplied extra toilet roll. Parking was expensive
