Required checking in online. We were traveling with limited WiFi. Stressful. No air conditioning

The house is spacious and very beautiful. Filled with amenities with great location

The check in is a bit tricky but manageable

The location is very convenient. The markets and cafess are close by. To catch a ferry / cruise is convenient as the terminal is a mere 5 minute drive.

Before arriving on the 30 th , I called and even though the booking was done on the 13 th may, they did not have the booking on their system. After many to and fro international calls made from my phone, the lady across the line could dig out my booking and then sent me a link to upload the credentials and IDs of all the guests. Now this had to be done in a moving taxi going from London to Southampton. This had to be done as the property does not have a soul on ground at the property to check you in. Everything is done remotely including opening the doors etc. Then the building does not have any board so one has to see their You Tube video and play a detective to figure out if you have reached the location. Having reached, you then call them again and they open the door remotely from whereever they are. During booking, booking.com had assured that the property is ok with late check out. I made a reconfiriming request and they asked for USD63 for late check out . The same was paid. But after some time, I get a mail that they can not give a late checkout and promised to return the money. Having paid we were sitting pretty and then suddenly had to pack and rush out. The refund one has not got so far. It is an automated platform with nothing much to show for “hospitality” . Welcome to AI/ Algo led world of running hotels and apartments where your problems will get addressed ( if at all they do) in a mechanical manner. You will have a little recourse if things do not pan out the way it has been held out during making the reservation.

Easy to access staff available over the phone, room was big clean and tidy. Showers were lovely and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the beds were really comfortable.
