External environment disgusting. Access to property overgrown with vegetation and steps unsafe. Bathroom facilities very poor in need of upgrading .

Cleanliness and Smell: * The house is not fit for living; it seems like a car wash workshop or a garbage factory. * The smell is extremely bad and unbearable, like a drug user's house, not just a smoker's. * The floor is sticky. * The cleaning is done using only one cloth for the whole house, making the smell even worse. Bathroom: * The bathroom door is broken and doesn't close. * The bathroom is very cramped. * The bathtub cover is broken. * The toilet seat is too narrow and uncomfortable. * The bathroom is not clean at all. Kitchen: * Dirty dishes inside the cabinets. * No cooking pots available. Washing Machine: * It's extremely noisy, like an oil extraction machine or an iron and steel factory. It makes sleeping impossible at night and prevents you from hearing the TV during the day. Outside the House: * Bad smell outside the house. * The stairs are very high, making it very difficult to carry a child's stroller, requiring two people. * There are insects and spiders. Heating: * The heating is very weak and doesn't work at full power. * It only works for short periods, making it impossible to dry clothes in winter. Landlord: * The landlord doesn't answer the phone unless a complaint is filed. These issues point to a living environment that is unhealthy, unsafe, and completely unsuitable for living.

Very helpful hosts. Clean and comfortable, a well thought out apartment. Would not hesitate to book again

Too many steps to climb but it’s worth it.

Hi, there was good to visit Scotland, in property kitchen was good, view from sitting room was good, toilet facilities were not good, it was too tight, also the way to enter the property wasn't good and clean.

Shower broken freezing cold my daughter was booked for two nights but had to find another place for second night just awful
